Don't miss the opportunity to meet Canadian artist, explorer, and filmmaker Cory Trépanier during this special screening of Into the Arctic II. The Dennos Museum Center at Northwest Michigan College presents this film in conjunction with the exhibition Into the Arctic, September 17 - December 31, 2017. The exhibition features landscape paintings created from four purposeful expeditions spanning the course of a decade, created by Cory Trépanier. These expeditions have also been captured on film for three powerful documentaries.

For years, artist Cory Trépanier has explored and painted some of the most wild places in Canada. Few have walked into these landscapes. Even fewer have captured them on canvas.

Now, he’s going further into a breathtaking Arctic wilderness to experience and paint a land that might never be the same again. Join Cory as he brings his fresh perspective to the hidden treasures at the top of the world, during three months of exploring a dozen locations.

Experience the majesty of the North through stunning cinematography and the dramatic experiences of a passionate artist. Take a journey of adventure and discovery… deep Into The Arctic.

DVDs and other merchandise will be available at the screening.
